What changed.

A card for a lifter nobody has claimed asks the question in its footer: Is this you, at attemptpl.com.

A PR sticker built from the training log or a pasted spreadsheet, in three sizes: 1200 by 900 wide, 1000 by 1000 square, and an 1800 by 480 strip for the lower third of a video.

The strip reads left to right — the mark, the lift, then what it was, what it is and what it cost — with sections you can switch off and no name unless you want one.

Whole workbooks parse: block dates out of tab names, weeks out of the grid, a week grid read without a column mapping. A derived date prints its month, and a derived gap says about.

The poster photo can be cropped on the card — frame the plate, zoom, and it re-cuts when the card or the size changes.

The loaded bar on a card is drawn to the plates that would actually be on it: calibrated discs on a fixed-length sleeve, read by colour, the way a competition bar loads.
