Patch notes
What changed.
Everything shipped on Attempt since the first build, dated, newest first — nothing here is planned, promised or coming soon.
9 releases, 24 changes in Athletes. Show every area.
- Athletes
Import the same spreadsheet again and Attempt comes level with it. The loads you filled in after the plan was imported now land, a number you corrected is corrected here too, and a week the sheet has grown arrives — instead of the session being skipped for already existing.
- Athletes
Each sheet says where it goes: a block of its own, or one you already have. Left alone it finds the block that tab made last time, so renaming a block here no longer makes a second copy of the same training.
- Athletes
Before anything is written, the review step says what the import will do — sessions added, sets corrected, rows removed — and what it is keeping back because you logged it here. A set you logged in Attempt is never overwritten, and a set the sheet has forgotten is never deleted.
- Athletes
Undo an import you got wrong. It removes only what that import wrote, keeps anything you logged inside it, and is free on every account.
- Athletes
The importer has a link of its own under More. It was free from the day it moved out of Solo, and until now the only way to reach it was to know the address.
- Athletes
Importing the spreadsheet you already keep is free, on every account. The sets in it already happened, and reading what you did stays free — they become your history: Progress, e1RM trends, PR cards, block cards, the export. /pricing
- Athletes
The importer moved out of Solo to its own page. Any lifter can open it, map their workbook and commit it; you can still only import your own training, and only Solo writes the next block on the sheet. /pricing
- Athletes
The line is drawn where it belongs. Reading what you did stays free: profile, meet results, career graphs, compare, cards, logging, e1RM trends, check-ins, Ask and the export. Planning what you will do is the product. /pricing
- Athletes
Your data export: every session, set, PR, check-in and meet, as a spreadsheet or as JSON, free on every account. The program sheets are written in Attempt’s own import layout, so the file you download goes straight back in.
- Athletes
An unclaimed lifter page now carries a claim panel, and the claim survives sign-up, sign-in, email verification and Google sign-in. A claimed profile is marked On Attempt.
- Athletes
Closest-by-total chips sit under a profile and open the compare tool against the lifters nearest that total.
- Athletes
A rep PR is recognised at the set: the toast names it and offers Make the sticker, the badge survives a reload, and the session header counts the minutes you have been in the gym.
- Athletes
The app behaves on a gym floor: a save that fails keeps the row and offers Retry, the screen stays awake while you lift, and the card and the sticker go out through the phone’s own share sheet.
- Athletes
A finalised Attempt meet lands on the profile like any other: attempt table, meet summary, career graph.
- Athletes
A video attaches to the set it belongs to, from the logger, on the platform where the set was logged.
- Athletes
Follow a lifter, a coach, a team or a meet, and read what they do in one feed.
- Athletes
Add any lifter from an OpenPowerlifting name, username or URL. Their meets become real past meets on Attempt, with results pages of their own. /search
- Athletes
A resumable bulk importer for the whole OpenPowerlifting dataset, and a search index refreshed every Sunday, so no name is a dead end.
- Athletes
One page per lifter, with Overview, Meets, Training and Records tabs, and the same page whether a coach, a director or a stranger opens it.
- Athletes
Career honors, meet summaries, attempt tables and a career graph.
- Athletes
Bests by gear and weight class, graphs first, and a compare tool that will find any lifter to set beside you.
- Athletes
Today’s session with one-tap RPE logging, a rest timer, plate maths, warm-ups, backoffs and supersets.
- Athletes
The training week, session history, e1RM and a timeline of what has been done.
- Athletes
Per-category visibility settings decide what the public lifter page shows. Training is private unless the lifter says otherwise.
