Attempt for coaches · a demo
Watch the coaching loop
One coach, one athlete, one block. An invite code, the athlete's record already on file, the spreadsheet you already use, the grid, and a check-in. Everything below is a fixture; the e1RM arithmetic is the workspace's own.
Meets are the other half. Watch a meet run.

A coach invites an athlete
A name and an email make a code. Read it out at the gym or send the link; the athlete types it under My coach and lands on your roster with their competition record already attached.

What the coach sees
Nothing to type twice. The athlete's page in the workspace opens with their class, their federation, every meet on record and their bests, and asks one question: does the programming live here, or in the spreadsheet you already use.

Import the spreadsheet
Drop the file you already use. Attempt detects the layout, including the week grid most powerlifting coaches actually hand over, reads every set with its RPE and load, and turns the top sets into an e1RM the athlete's page can track.
Reading Triples Block.xlsx
xlsx or csv · up to 12 sheets
What is on the right is the importer, run on this file in your browser. The layout, the columns and the week count are what it worked out — nothing there was typed in by us, and the mapping it learns is remembered for the next block.

Sheets
The file, as it sits
Triples Block · 2 weeks · Week 1
Drag to select · Ctrl+C/V copies to and from Sheets · drag the corner handle to fill · right-click for rows, columns and lift tags · Ctrl+Z undoes a whole paste. The green columns are what the athlete actually logged.
The file becomes a block you can write in: Monday to Sunday, the rest days kept as days, every set with the RPE and the load the sheet had on it.

Write the block
Weeks across, days down, one line per prescription: a top set and its backoffs, in RPE or in percent. Copy a week forward and change what changed. The athlete opens their phone and sees today, with the loads already worked out from their numbers.

The sheet is yours: click a cell and type. Nothing here is saved anywhere.
Top set, then backoffs. Percentages resolve against the athlete's training max the morning of the session.

A missed session is moved from the day’s own header: the two days trade places, nothing is deleted and neither day is left empty. The athlete’s week reflows underneath it — this phone is the same Monday, reading whatever Monday now holds.

Check-ins, and the graph moving
Your own questions on a cadence per athlete. A fatigue or pain answer becomes an attention item on the command center, with the record it came from one click away, and every logged top set moves the line.

Answer it yourself if you like, and reply to it. Nothing here is sent anywhere.
Weekly check-in · every week on file
A pain answer is a flag on the row, not a colour to interpret — last week’s carries one, and the record it came from is one click away.
