Attempt for lifters · a walkthrough
A season on Attempt
One lifter, no coach, from today’s session to the record behind it. Every screen below is the real one, running on numbers held in this tab — you can type in them. Nothing is saved, and there is nothing to sign in to.
Coaching is the other half. Watch the coaching loop.

Open the app and the day is already there: the sets, the loads, the intensities. Tap a row, say what you actually did, and the record moves. Nothing is asked of you twice.

The screen is yours: open a row and log a set. Nothing here is saved anywhere.
- The target is on the row
- Load, reps and RPE are filled in before you touch them. A set that goes to plan is two taps.
- A record announces itself
- The heaviest you have ever done at those reps, said in words, with the sticker one tap away.
- Training as it happened
- Finish, then change your mind: reopen the session, fix the set you mistyped, finish again. The log is a record, not a form.
- It works in a gym with no signal
- A set that does not reach the server stays on its row with Retry. Nothing you did is lost.

Your spreadsheet, imported
Drop the workbook you already train off. Attempt reads the layout most powerlifting sheets are actually in — weeks across, days down — and turns it into a block with dates on it. Your rest days stay days.

Progress
Every top set you log is a point on a line. Read it over the last four weeks or the last eight, per session or per block, and see the rep records underneath it — the same screen, whether the sets were logged here or imported from your sheet.
Each lift is its best estimated single from training in the last 8 weeks — not the last session, and not a platform result.

Cards and overlays
The record you just set, as something you can post. A card with the ladder and the line on it, or a transparent PNG to lay over your own video. Both are drawn from your log — nothing is typed in twice, and nothing is saved anywhere.
The sticker
1800 × 480, drawn from every set of this lift in the log. The rep ladder and the estimated max come with it.
The overlay
Save it, then add it to your story over your own photo or video. The PNG has no background.
On your own account the PNG is drawn and handed straight to your share sheet. In a walkthrough there is nothing to save, so the buttons are asleep.
1080 × 1920 transparent PNG, over the backdrop the real screen previews on.
Change the colour and the shape. The overlay is redrawn as you do.

Talking to a coach
A check-in is the conversation: your own questions, on your own cadence, answered in a minute. When a coach is reading them, the answer comes back where you will see it — on the session, and in next week's numbers.

Answer it yourself if you like. Nothing here is sent anywhere.

Writing your own program
No coach, and no spreadsheet either: the same grid a coach writes in, in your own hands. Weeks across, days down, a block you can copy forward. What you write is what your phone says tomorrow.

Write it in RPE or in percent; the load is worked out from your own numbers either way.

Nine for nine, and a total over 570.
Weigh-in, class and bodyweight in one place, because the week before a meet they are one question.
“last” is Gulf Coast Classic (2026-03-21); a ✕ marks a miss. “% of best” compares the attempt to the best gym e1RM of the last 16 weeks.
Type your own openers: the total, the DOTS and the percentages move with them.

On the rankings
Ranked on what the platform recorded, with the class and the federation said out loud. Nobody buys a place on this list.
And a card for it
Every meet on the record has a share card behind it — the total, the nine attempts, the honours — drawn by the same page that drew the sticker in scene four. A card is about one platform, so this one is made on meet day rather than here.
